How long have you been capturing these photos?
“Anna and I have been creating images together since we met at university back in 2011. Our shared passion for architecture, design and beauty brought us together, and we’ve been working together ever since.”

What inspired this idea?
“The idea behind our work stems from our belief that architecture should be of interest to everyone, not just architects. We wanted to find a way to bridge the gap between buildings and people’s curiosity. Through photography, creativity, and a touch of humor, we discovered a means to make architecture more accessible and captivating. By interacting with the city in these playful and unexpected ways, we aim to ignite a sense of wonder and encourage viewers to appreciate the beauty that surrounds them.”

Describe your creative process in a few words and how it makes you feel.
“Our creative process begins with drawing. Whether it’s a personal project or a commissioned work, the first thing Anna and I do is sit together and brainstorming ideas. Anna translates our conversations into detailed sketches that shape the composition and narrative of the image. These drawings leave nothing to chance, ensuring that every element within the frame contributes to the overall vision. In a way, the image is already there in our drawings; it just hasn’t been shot yet. This meticulous planning process allows us to execute our vision with a lot of precision. Witnessing the transformation from drawing to the final photograph is an exhilarating process, where our initial sketches come to life before our eyes.”
